The Cold Plasma Textile Treatment Device is a specialized tool that applies non-thermal plasma technology to improve the properties of natural fibers before dyeing with botanical colors.

Using reactive oxygen and nitrogen species generated through cold plasma, the device gently modifies the fiber structure to:

• Increase the surface polarity and introduce positive charges
   
• Expand micro-channels within the fiber structure
   
• Enhance molecular bonding sites for natural dye absorption
   

These changes allow natural dyes to penetrate deeper into the fiber core, improve color intensity, reduce fading, and minimize dye runoff.
The plasma treatment also softens the texture of the fabric, enhancing its comfort and feel.
