Unlike conventional dryers that rely solely on high heat and long exposure times, Plasma Dry-tech™ uses a gentle air-drying system combined with cold plasma jets, enabling simultaneous drying and surface sterilization.

The integrated cold plasma module produces reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (ROS/RNS) that reduce microbial contamination on the material’s surface during the drying process — extending shelf life without using preservatives.

Operating at 40–65°C, the system ensures that volatile compounds, essential oils, and delicate phytochemicals remain intact — making it ideal for organic food producers, herbal medicine processors, and natural cosmetic manufacturers.
